​What am I purchasing?

You are purchasing a fine art photographic print. Prints are sold as open editions and produced specifically for each order. Prices are subject to change at any time.

How are the prints made?

All prints are professionally produced by Nations Photo Lab using archival printing processes on luster paper, a low-gloss, matte-style photographic paper.

Are the prints signed or numbered?

No. Prints are unsigned, unnumbered, and unframed. There is no border unless the image itself includes one.

What sizes are available?

Available sizes depend on the original aspect ratio of each image.

• Square images are offered only in square sizes

• Rectangular images are offered only in proportional rectangular sizes

Each image typically has four to five size options, based on its original crop.

Are prints made to order?

Yes. All prints are made to order and are not kept in stock.

Can I cancel my order?

Because prints are made to order, orders cannot be canceled once production has begun.

How long does production and shipping take?

Production and shipping typically take 1–2 weeks from the time of order. Timing may vary slightly depending on demand and production volume.

Where do prints ship from?

Prints are fulfilled and shipped directly by Nations Photo Lab from their production facility.

Do you ship internationally?

At this time, shipping is available within the United States only.

What carrier is used for shipping?

Shipping carriers are selected by the fulfillment lab and may vary. Tracking information is provided when available.

What if my print arrives damaged?

If a print arrives damaged in transit, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. Replacement or resolution will be handled on a case-by-case basis in coordination with the print lab.

Do you accept returns?

Because prints are made to order, returns are generally not accepted unless the print arrives damaged or defective.

What about the book Dear Ryan?

The book Dear Ryan is currently in development and coming very soon.

What is the Evidence series?

The Evidence series will consist of 50 individual works, one corresponding to each page of the book Dear Ryan. Each piece serves as a visual and textual companion to its respective page. Availability details will be announced as the series is released.
