These Terms & Conditions govern the use of this website and the purchase of products offered by Ryan Lee Hoch (“we,” “us,” or “our”). By accessing this site or placing an order, you agree to the terms below.

Products

All products sold on this website are fine art photographic prints. Prints are sold as open editions unless otherwise stated and are produced made to order.

Product images are representative. Slight variations in color or appearance may occur due to screen settings and print processes.

Pricing

All prices are listed in U.S. dollars.
Prices are subject to change at any time without notice.

Orders & Payment

Orders are processed once payment is received in full.
Because prints are made to order, orders cannot be canceled once production has begun.

Production & Shipping

Prints are produced and fulfilled by a professional third-party print lab and shipped directly to the customer.

Estimated production and delivery time is 1–2 weeks, though timing may vary. Shipping timelines are not guaranteed.

At this time, shipping is available within the United States only.

Returns & Damaged Items

Because prints are made to order, returns are not accepted unless an item arrives damaged or defective.

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with a description of the issue and photographic documentation. Replacement or resolution will be handled on a case-by-case basis.

Intellectual Property

All images, text, and content on this website are the intellectual property of Ryan Lee Hoch and are protected by copyright law.

Purchase of a print does not grant reproduction or commercial rights. No images may be copied, reproduced, or used without prior written permission.

Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of this website or the purchase of products.

Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the United States and the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, without regard to conflict of law principles.
